I received oral sex from a female who is clean but i might have had a cold sore and didn't realize it at the time and before she gave me oral we made out. i got home and had a stinging/burning feeling at the tip of my foreskin when it rubbed up against my clothing. It was very mild but didn't think anything of it. Next day i check and found what looks like vesicles but they are very very tiny and its under that fold of my foreskin and I am not circumcised. I cant go to the doctors cause i have no coverage. NEED answers ASAP please. Just want to know if its herpes or not

They're called fordyce spots, totally natural and normal. Additionally, you can't acquire genital herpes in the scenario you describe. If you have cold sores, that means your body already has an established oral infection, and short of being immunocompromised, you can't also acquire the same strain genitally. But again, those spots are normal. Lastly, there are free and low cost clinics, assuming you are in the US. Never rely on the internet for a diagnosis.

I am familiar with fordyce spots considering i have them, i was only worried about these because it would sting when that spot rubbed up against my boxers or shorts sometimes. Point being, is that normal and should those spots be at the tip of my foreskin cause ive never seen them there till the day after i was with the girl.

off topic but please dont refer to people as "clean" or "dirty" it just promotes unnecessary stigma!

You're right sorry about that, i don't have a very broad vocabulary sometimes. But I should choose my words wisely.
