I have a weird lump on side of my breast for 1 week so far?

I have a weird lump that randomly appeared few days ago, the first day it was red and swelling and there was somewhat a black dot in the middle of the lump and then next day became a bit bigger and and redness more. Now it's less red but has a weird texture a bit crusty and no pain, I'm worried that I might have started to develop breast cancer..? I'm 21
