I have a weird skin flap on my vagina

I'm 20 and have noticed this skin flap before - but assumed it was either my hymen or possibly even part if the labia minora - so I never have it much thought. However it came to my attention the my urethra might be located in the wrong place. So after a lot of googling trying to figure out what was up with my urethra, I realized that this flap seemed unusual as well (and consequently the skin flap is located near my urethra). I tried searching to figure out what it might be but had no such luck. I'm worried if this means that there's something wrong with my vagina.

So I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before, and if so, knows what it is? I would prefer to not go to the gynecologist, but will bite the bullet if necessary.

    totally normal, I have the same skin flaps at the entrance. Do not worry about it 😃

    i've got similar skin flaps. When i asked my gyn, she said it was the remains of the hymen.

    If its not itching,painful or giving you any problems it is totally normal. Women do vary in their vulval appearance and these flaps are quite normal. Dont worry.
