I have abscess like things by my pubic hair what should I do?

They have been here for a while, I’m 15 chubby, and they are kinda painful when I mess with them

    Put hot compresses on them and see a doctor. Take warm to hot showers and keep the area dry and from rubbing. Its nothing to be ashamed of. Many people suffer from this. Alot is caused by ingrown inflamed hairs. Talk to your parents as well so you can get proper treatment.
