I have Achalasia and am scheduled to get a PEG placement.

Hello , I am scheduled to get a PEG placement . Can anyone tell me what to expect or advice

I have had Achalasia since I was in my 20's , I'm 57 now and opted to do this.

I have had the Heller and the poem years ago . I've done things wrong and right. It seems just lately

more right. I've been exercising and feeling really pretty good , just started to gain a little weight back.

A lot of effort, but it's not enough. I'm in good health for the most part and need to gain more weight

because this pain in the ass condition won't go away! So if anybody who has done this, I would appreciate

you sharing your experience with me,
