hello. i m sorry bt i would be a bit long . in feb16 i experienced some abdominal pain which comes and goes itself .firstly i thought it might be menst cycle pain bt in the end of feb one morning i had jst slept 2hrs and i woke up n vomited and immediately after vomiting i experienced a bad and severe abdominal pain and after sometime it wasnt that bad but yes it continued for 3-4 days. at a instance i thought it might be food poisioning. bt it wasnt. then i ignored the pain and jst thought it to be normal or uh culd jst say it was my ignorance to my health. thn after 3 weeks i again started feelin that severe pain for continous 3 days . infact i wasnt able to get up from my bed. and along with it i was feeling very tired like i havent slept for hrs or something. i also started urinatin more frequently and irregular cycle once .thn i cnsulted a doc and the doc said its jst due to insufficient calcium. I forgot to mention that i also have backache along with it. Bt yes tht treatment got me reliefed for 1 nd a half month approximately. And the pain was back again also my cycle got disturbed again. Now whenpain started again i started feeling like bloating. also while having my meals i have a continus feeling of vomiting. my bloating usually occurs after i have my dinner. and my stomach also expands along with frequently urinating. few days back jst i had my ultrasound and i got to know that i have 25*21mm cyst in my rte ovary.when i came to know this i reserched abt it and i feel like from starting i.e feb , my symptoms were of cyst only as far as i have read on the internet . infact now i even feel tht when i vomited nd a suffered a severe pain i had my cyst bursted coz jst the same day or one ahead i got periods. i m indeed in grt help pls if uh culd guide me and tell r all these pains n irregular cycles due the presence of cysts and how much is this dangerous for me.

Get back to your doctor and ask to be refered to someone who knows what they are talking about. That is NOT a calcium problem!
It might be cysts that are to blame, but it might be Endometriosis. I had that and your symptoms do sound familar. It took ages to have it confirmed because it was on my gut and was affecting my digestion. I had crippling stomach pains for two days every month. One 'specialist' said it was my appendix.

Hi Bobby
I have severe endometriosis and cyst is grown into my sigmoid . Colonoscopy showed endometriOma but rest of my bowl is normal. Thank God!
If you don't mind sharing your experiences and your treatment with your endo affecting your bowl.
Thanks
Siu

Hi, mine was on my gut, somewhere slightly above my appendix - well that's where they found 'a few tiny spots' TINY - HA!
The actual pain was centred around my belly button and it was AWFUL!!!
They did nothing about the 'tiny spots' but my lovely GP at the time (a lady called Dr AU - I kid you not) put me on a year's worth of the Pill to 'starve' the tissue - and it worked - oh happy day.
Had to do the same thing some years later as it came back, but not as bad.
Menopause put paid to it, though there are times I confess that I think 2 days of misery a month would be better than this continual feeling of YUK! Then I remember how bad it got. You can't win.

Hi Apurva
Your symptoms is slightly different from mine. My guess is you have a different cyst maybe from mine. Has your gynaecologist booked you for a surgery? Or has the cysts burst?
I am waiting for a major surgery which involve a bowl surgeon and gynaecologist. Because one of my cyst is stuck to my sigmoid. I was advised by a lady on the other forum to try b complex and milk thistle plus diet change as her cysts shrinked after it so I have been doing that the last two days and felt the difference.
When I started hsving this pain in Oct 2015 it got worst every month when I had my period. I prayed and changed my diet and pain settled in the last few months except my bowl was difficult to empty and colonoscopy found the cysts is grown into my sigmoid. I haven't vomit but I have been bed riddentwo days per monthshare when I have my period.
You talk to your doctor about your symptonsite and ask as many questions you have. Write them down if so you would think forget or take someone to go with.
Best wishes
Lolo

Ladies-All,
I had no idea of my condition since I was middle aged and attributed heavy bleeding to my age. I had no pain until constipation set in. Extreme! Went to 3 Drs. for treatment. All took x-rays, andominal exams and blood work.
Cysts showed up on x-rays (I could see them!) yet they said nothing. Went to gyno for annual check. His reaction was startling! He told me I had ovarian cancer, referred me to a surgeon and prescribed Tomoxifen. Wrong. Fortunately I chose an ob/gyn cancer specialist surgeon. No cancer, but severe endometriosis. This causing constipation due to constriction of colon. Had 3 huge cysts (child's soccer ball sized) plus several smaller ones. All of the above caused no pain. But weighed 10lbs. removed!
My point is if you have already been diagnosed with large cysts they are likely not going to go away on their own. Get a 2nd opinion with a specialist. That much pain and all symptoms bloating, pain, vomiting, CAN be the result of ovarian cancer, OR endometriosis, cysts, etc. Severe pain can cause vomiting. But symptoms of large cysts are unique to each person, depending on size, location and cause. But cysts bursting can have serious consequences as well, infection, internal bleeding.......
Get a referral to a specialist who treats cystic ovaries. You need relief and assurance your cysts are not something more serious. Fight for yourself and your health!!
