I have anxeity, I just had a question

So I'm 20 and I have panic disorder. I have weakness in all my muscles and I get vertigo and dizziness from time to time. Now these symptoms I deal with it know it's anxiety and these symptoms are slowly going away each day. My only worry or concern is my head.

My head has its tension headaches but for some reason I now feel like my head is "clear." It feels like nothing in therebut I can function normally no memory issues no lack of focus it's just clear. Now it sounds good but I worry it interfere with my sleep. For some reason I feel awake all the time never sleepyou or tired. Sleeping doesn't help this as I wake up and it feels like I didn't sleep. Not saying I feel tired I just closed my eyes and woke up 8 hrs later like I didn't need the sleep. It's confusing to explain but I enjoy the sensation of sleeping and I don't experience that anymore it just like happens. Am I over thinking this ?

Are you on any medications? Have you been diagnosed with anything other then anxiety to date?

The only medications I currently take is Xanax and I just weaned myself off Lexapro. I only been diagnosed with panic disorder. I've gotten blood work done and my head scan and nothing popped up. I know it's related to anxiety but I don't know if my weaned off medication might play a factor

Thats what i was thinking. How long ago did you begin to wean iff and when did have the last lexapro pill. You know xanax is a very addicting pill right?

Its really not a good idea to do this on your own. You should have discussed this with the person who perscribed. Withdrawls can get complicated

I have not taken a Xanax pill since 2 weeks ago and Lexapro waso 2 weeks ago as well. I know it is I took Ithe once as recommended by therapist to show me that all my symptoms were anxiety (fun fact it helped alot) but I don't take my Xanax as I also don't like how addictiv/does to me

I have the same issue, and believe it a side effect of med. However, this med is doing such a great job with anxiety (and I am very hard to prescribe for) that I can live with that, since I feel so good otherwise.
