I have anxiety and I hit my head what should I do

Thursday I hit the back of my head, then yesterday I took this med that my doctor gave me for anxiety and it maid my head hurt more and maid me twitchy and dizzy, then today my dad love slapped me in the back of the head and now my head won't stop hurting and I am to scared to go to sleep. And have no way to get to the doctor. what should I do? help

    I think you should take rest and check your doctor regularly.
