Do you have TMJ? I have the same problem and it seems that my TMJ is the problem. I am getting accupuncture for it and my dentist is making me a mouth guard. You should also check your vitamin levels. If your B12 is low that can also give you problems as well as low vitamin D.

Don't give up hope. Have you considered hypnotism?

Did you have a blood test to check your vitamin levels? A lack of Vitamin D or B12 can mess you up.

    Weakness, tiredness, or light-headedness

    Rapid heartbeat and breathing

    Pale skin

    Sore tongue

Easy bruising or bleeding, including bleeding gums

    Stomach upset and weight loss

he symptoms of vitamin D deficiency can vary amongst individuals, depending on presence of any complications, such as bone fracture, the severity of vitamin D deficiency, and other factors.

Many people have no symptoms of vitamin D deficiency until complications are present. Symptoms may also be mild. Symptoms of vitamin D deficiency include bone pain, stooped posture, muscle cramps, weaknessand tingling, and a loss of height.

Having very pale skin may indicate that a person is at risk for vitamin D deficiency as well as for other disorders, diseases and conditions.

Complications of vitamin D deficiency can includerickets, osteomalacia, and osteoporosis. Symptoms of these complications include that include bone deformities and bone fractures.

There are other possible complications or diseases that may have a link to vitamin D deficiency. These includehypertension, depression, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and an increased risk of cancer....more about Vitamin

You may have anxiety issues but I thought you may also have vitamin issues as well. Checking your sugar does not test your vitamin levels.

Go back to your doctor and get your vitamin levels checked. HAve them check your B12 and D. I posted all the symptoms from the lack of both. Do you have any of them. You can also consider acupuncture. I went to a chinesse doctor and I feel better after one session. I have been light headed for over 3 yrs so I understand. I am also going to hypnotism and that has been interesting as well, but first get your vitamins checked. It's a simple blood test.
