I have been dealing with a number of symptoms for months with no answers. Any ideas?

Hello, I am a sixteen year old female. Over the course of the past several months, I have experienced extreme fatigue, dizziness, muscle pain (especially in the legs), sensitivity to cold, nausea, headaches, irregular menustration, and overall weakness. I have seen two doctors who have both ordered numerous blood tests. A full CMP, TSH, hemogram with diff/platelets, two TH4 tests, thyroxine, thyroglobulin, gonadotropin, estradiol, LH, prolactin, and vitamin B12 have ALL come back normal. The only test that came back irregular was for vitamin D, which was only slightly low, and is very common in the northern latitudes where I live. I have been prescribed a supplement for this deficiency, but it has not helped any of my symptoms. I am unsure where to turn. Any ideas as to what I could be suffering from?

I am sorry you are going through this. I myself have a lot of unexplained symptoms with no answers. If I were you I would look more into Lyme Disease. Not many doctors know much about Lyme or how to properly test for it, but try and find one in your area and see what are the necessary steps to test. Best of luck!

    Hello Mah

Do you get enough fresh air every day?

Do you drink enough water and stay hydrated?

Do you get enough sleep on a comfortable bed and pillow?

Do you wear comfortable shoes when out?

Do you by any chance have (Herpes /cold sores oral or Genital HSV1 or HSV2) as they have a link to cause Fibromyalgia. Please google Fibromyalgia.

Also do you by any chance have an infected tooth or tooth with root canal or Amalgam.

Do you have Asthma or Hay fever etc

    Best of Luck

    Please update

      Hello,

I lead a fairly healthy lifestyle, I do all of the things you listed, I don't drink any soda, no alcohol, no drugs. I do not have Herpes (either simplex) and I don't believe that my symptoms fully correlate with fibromyalgia. I have never had an infected tooth or root canal. I have been diagnosed previously with exercise-induced asthma and prescribed an inhaler, but that was long before any of my current symptoms started.

      Hope this helps.

Just as Andrew advised, explore Post Lyme Syndrome as it causes tiredness and joint pains basically symptoms similar to fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome.
