I have been depressed for 4 months now my Lichen Planus have been cure but scar is still there

Do you find effective by applying turmeric powder on Lichen Planus? Also like to know how many’s months/year it take to clear all the scars and the scars go fully or not

    I have suffered oral Lichen Planus for several years.  It appeared after abdominal surgery and has plagued my life ever since.  I am severely undernourished and want so much to enjoy eating food again.  Should I try a mouth rub of turmeric?.

      I have just been diagnosed with oral LP. My periodontist made full mouth impressions and when they come back, I will use them 2X day, 30 minutes at a time with a perscription cream.  Originally I was sent to her for what was thought to be gingevitis. My gums are inflamed and swollen in some areas and the recession is quite bad.  I asked her about the treatment for the recession, but she won't address it until the LP is under control.  I have LP in my vulva, which is under control with Elidel Cream.  Now I worry about getting LP in my cornea.  This is all very distressing, not to mention expensive. My dental insurance won't pay because it is a medical condition. Medicare won't pay because they don't pay for any dental issues. My secondary insurance won't pay because Medicare has to pay first.   Any suggestions?
