I have been depressed for 5 months??

I am taking 200mg of Sertraline and still anxiety and depression??

    hey I take the same dose and i too find im still low and struggle.

    i do find that the things out of control surrounding me really effect the way i feel. thats on or off medication.

    perhaps talking to someone to unravel the thoughts and your thought process would help. i have to really organise my thoughts so the medication can help me see straight.
