I have been depressed for days.plz help

I am a South Asian. Before two weeks I went to a Spa on night. In that after the therapy she has done happy ending . I meant she has done masturbation using her hands...I did not have any oral sex like b******b or any kissing..But unfortunately after that I found she had a open wound on her second finger which she used for masturbation. There was no any noticeable blood but that wound has happen few hours before. She said it was still like inflammatory to her like burning.And I was the first client after that wound of hers.Lately I found she was a sex worker too..

After two days of that incident I had difficulty of urinating like burning when urinating and urine was dark .And I had some lower abdomen pain..After two weeks now I have flu with fever and some swollen lymph ..The saddest thing is I have found some reddish blisters on my penis now...I haven't had any sexual exposure for last few months...

what would be the reason for my condition. Could this be genital herpes... Plz help me.I have planned my marriage on upcoming months..😩😩😩
