Ya I HV been in active sex with my wife, from past 3 days I found dead cells on the shaft and foreskin and I didn't use condoms or any other lubes on it and i didn't finy any scales on my body, n I didn't change any soap

We are shedding dead skin cells from our bodies all the time. It's not clear from your posting what the problem is. Are you concerned for yourself? For your wife? For both of you? Do the dead cells wash off OK or are they still attached? What colour are they as against the normal colour of your skin? What size are they? (Most cells are not normally visible without a microscope). If you want to upload a photo you can only do so using a computer. This would be helpful if you want a clearer answer.

Dead cells are of size about dandruff on head, n I use dettol to wash it, then too I find dead cell n apply coconut oil on by penis and shaft, we both are concerned of the future, I don't know how to attach the photo,after washing some of dead cells still attached to the shaft
