Hi Anastasis, negative test results don't completely rule out kidney disease, as blood tests test the total of both kidney functions, and as one kidney declines, the other kidney naturally steps up to do the work of both. By the time it shows in blood work, the second kidney may starting to fail.

So if you're having pain in your kidneys, do take preventative measure by drinking more water with fresh lemon juice, parsley tea or other kidney support lifestyle changes.

I've found the best way to curb sweets is to limit myself to one or two small, slow bites, and to eat lots of green leafy vegetables.

For a sweet snack, use stevia and fresh fruit mixed with ice, protein powder and almond milk in a blender. The protein curbs the cravings. The fruit adds a little sweetness.
