Anything that will improve your general health is a good step. I cured my own frozen shoulder in a very short time but what works for one may not work for all, also I am a man and men and women’s body’s have a marginally different chemistry.
Is there some part of your regular day to day life that is giving you unrelenting stress? A bad relationship with someone or a task you feel you need to do but also feel it is beyond you? I know most people would say yes to some degree, but it is worth while looking for a root cause. An underlying medical condition might fit the bill as an unrelenting stressor.
So to identify a background stress you need to set an alarm on your watch or phone every hour you are awake. When you alarm sounds briefly stop what ypu are doing and take stock of how you feel: Out of 10 how Anxious, How Energetic, How irritated, how clam, how happy, how sad, … all out of ten each and throw in as many dimensions as you can. What you are looking to find is a time when you are feeling bad, any activities or issues you are dealing with around that time are the best place to look for culprits. You need to eliminate or delegate away those things.
Like everyone here I know your pain and feel for you. Taking good care of yourself is step one in recovery.
Mike.

Hi Crystale,
It is hard to look at family and loved ones with any objectivity. If you are doing your best to be there for them, that is all anyone can expect. It is right to want to help others with their problems, but you can't let that destroy you. Would they want you getting sick worrying over them? Are you in a better position to help them making yourself sick? Take some time for yourself. You need to heal, recharge, get centred, whatever you call it. You can't save the world if you don't save yourself first.
Really, take care of yourself, you sound like one of the good ones.
Mike.
