I have been diagnosed with pcos and now they thing I also have endometriosis

Hi. New to this group. I have been diagnosed with pcos and possible endometriosis. Is there anyone that has concevied naturally this both of these symptoms? Me and my partner have been trying for 3 years and I have been referred to a ferlitily specialist but I'm worried about the outcome. I have started to feel quite depressed about the situation. So much so I don't want to go out much! This is not a great thing when wanting to start a family. I do have a lot of stress on at the moment with building a new house and moving. Don't know if that has made it worse. Thanks for reading. Any advice would be much appreciated.
