There was a pain , gas in my stomach for last one month and than some black stool , 28th April 2017 was trauma , I parked my car and get out and collapsed after one minute , when I got conscious there was a pool of blood , they say I vomited this much blood , taken to ER, than ICU , blood transfusion , stomach cleaning , endoscopy and doctors told me that I have duodenal Ulcer with H.Pylori positive , recommended Amoxicillin /pantaprazole/clarithromycin combination for 14 days , my trauma continued I have taken med for 1 week now and it has shaken my health , lost 3 kg , feeling week , facing cough and fever as well , foctor says that I have to complete 14 days course and there is no other way .

I request all of you to suggest me how to face these Med for 7 more days , Is it guaranteed that H.Pylori will removed from my body after medication of 14 days ?

I too have h pylori and completed the same 14 day course a week ago - it was awful as the meds made me feel sick and the pains in the stomach continued but I grinned and beared it as I knew I had to complete the full course.  My doc says I have to wait 6 weeks until I can be retested to see if the h pylori has gone.  He also told me the course of meds might not work and so I might need another!  As I still feel awful one week after finishing the course, I have my doubts the h pylori has gone!
