i have been experiencing chest pain for 4 hours

Hi i am 19 years old and I have been having bad chest pains since i woke up this morning. I have never experienced this before..I took medication to make me feel better but it hasnt stopped. It feels like there is like icy hot stuck on the inside of my chest. Im thinking about going to the doctor..what should i do?
