I have been experiencing depression for many years!

My experience with ear noise began over 2 years ago. I went to a specialist as it became really apparent that it was continuous and affecting my sleep. I have had insomnia for many many years. The doctor said there was nothing unusual about the tethest and I will have to learn to live with the noise.
He suggested lipoflaviniod. I had some intestinal issues and stopped it.
The ringing has gotten louder.
However today after I left the gym I noticed the noise was not their. But started back after being home for a couple of hours.
I am very interested in knowing if anyone has experienced this.
If it is possible for the noise to fade away it will add to my urge to loose weight and lower my a1c. It is at 11, I am aware that it is a very high, and my triglycerides are over 800.
Friends I find that I am beginning to notice that my desire to die has lessened.
For years I would think that if I am predisposed to not living to be a very old man. I am 60 have never exercisd never been careful about what I eat and would party til I drop experiencing many different drugs and drank like a fish from 16 till 38.
I don't drink anymore but I do like my drug usage.
Is there anyone else who can relate?
