I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for 3weeks now what should I do

i had dry sex three weeks ago and i have been experiencing early pregnancy signs

i have done 3 pregnancy tests all are negative and did an ultrasound too.

i started feeling this way two days after the activity

stomach cramps(like period pains),burning sensation in my upper abdomen and pain too,nausea,vomiting(not all the time),a sharp pain in my lower abdomen,tender breasts and a milky discharge from the breasts,the shape of the nipples change through out the day,headache ,chest pains,from white sticky discharge to colourless sticky like an egg white from the vagina and tummy bloating

note: i have never really had sex never a dick inside my vagina

    Hi, to confirm what you are saying is that you never engaged in actual penetrative sex vaginally ? Yet you are experiencing pregnancy symptoms ?
