I have been experiencing sinking feelings in my chest when i stand, twitchings in my body randomly

Please who knows what these means?

Sinking feelings in my chest when i stand?

twitchings in my body?

when i yawn, twitching become concentrated in my chest.

My left biceps feels like a mild spasm occurs.

At a time i felt a dull strainous pain in my left shoulder blade, and each time i rested my left shoulder, i feel a pain in my left chest region.

I experience sleep apnea when i sleep...

Breathing when sleeping feels shallow...

    Check in with your doctor Gezgez and communicate to your doctor the symptoms you have described here.

    Doc will ask all the relevant questions, we can't diagnose or even guess what might be the problem you are experiencing but your doctor can investigate the matter further.

    I'm with Vee: talk to your doctor. And, where I live if you described those symptoms to any oncall nurse, they would tell you to see the doctor right away.
