I have been feeling weird for 4 months! Could this be anxiety!? Anyone experience the same?

4 months ago I started experiencing chest tightness that would move down my right arm and turn my ring finger cold. I thought I was having a heart attack so I called the EMT who came and checked me. They said I was fine and that I was having a panic attack. Every since that day I have not felt the same. There has been all types of sensations in my body:
tingling
numbness
head pressure
cold sensations in back head and chest
tremors
night sweats
heart palpitations
pulsing stomach
wobbly legs
feeling like I an going to fall
vibrations in feet
just dont feel like my normal self
every day i feel my heart is just going to stop
I have been to several doctors to include a cardiologist, neuroligist several times. everything always check out fine and they say i have anxiety.
I was focused on my heart racing out of no where and it beats too slow while resting. my heart will drop as low as 47 bpm while laying down and there is numbness along my left chest area . my cardiologist says that my heart is healthy and he has no concerns. I don't understand why there is no concern when my resting heart rate is below average.
i am constantly on google trying to figure out whats wrong with me . google says that i have bracardiya . i find myself checking my heart rate multiple times a day.
scared to talk to family and friends because no one understands. also scared something may happen. most days i just feel like i dont want to do anything but lay down.
I need help I just want to feel like my normal self again.
has anyone experienced any of this?

I actually have started feeling like my heart slows way down while resting and my breathing seems to almost be out of synch with my heart rate making it very difficult to fall asleep and usually makes me wake up gasping for air out of fear my heart stopped! Its not every night but when im anxious, it is definitely worse. I even bought an oximeter to check my pulse and give me reassurance that my heart is still beating as stupid as that sounds. I have noticed drinking lots of water and taking potassium helps your heart rate beat normal and at a stablized pace. The main thing that helps me is to get reassurance that my heart rate is normal and tell myself this is anxiety and it will pass soon. Remembering the times things felt normal and knowing that will occur again as soon as my brain gets out of the way.

how low does your heart rate read?

I think the lowest I clocked it was at 56-62 Bpm...but as soon as you start to feel anxious and on edge, your heart rate will start climbing back up.

yes, i can identify with all your symptoms as I have them too 24/7 esp. heart palpitations, light headedness & internal tremors. I am on propranolol & xanax but I try not to take too much drugs which could potentially bring on other illnesses. i have switched to acupuncture & Chinese herbs treatment & into my 3rd session. Hope this helps, fingers crossed. I will share my progress if it works. All the best. Hang in there. You are not alone.

yes i have more times than I can count. Mine started in my 20s and it was caused by long-term anxiety and stress. You are going to be OK! Your testing was normal. Bradycardia is common especially in athletes because they are in great condition. It means your heart doesn’t have to work too hard to do its job. The doctors know when a heart rate is too low and apparently they think you are fine. As far as those symptoms go, when they are related to anxiety and stress they are not harmful. I’ve had them on and off for quite a while but I am also doing very well and managing my anxiety better.
one thing I can tell you that is for sure making your symptoms continue is when you google every symptom! Please don’t do that because none of that pertains to your individual situation and you’re going to scare yourself for no reason. And then your symptoms will continue. you cannot diagnose yourself on Google. You will just increase the fear and symptoms. Just listen to the doctors and follow their instructions.
the racing heart and numbness and many of your symptoms are due to the adrenaline that is released with anxiety. Once again, not harmful. The only way you’re going to get these symptoms to subside is by working on your anxiety and learning how to manage it. I highly suggest that you speak with a counselor. They help patients every day with the same issues you are having. And they know how to help. It’s difficult to do alone.
even with all your same symptoms that I have had, I am now in my 50s and doing very well. I just wanted you to know that so you know those symptoms do not hurt you. I did get a lot of counseling which helped. But the worst thing you can do is keep googling because you are telling your brain that you have the conditions that you’re reading about and your brain will respond by sending out all of those symptoms. you wouldn’t believe how many people have your same symptoms from anxiety! Think about what is causing anxiety and stress in your life and then go talk to someone because you need support right now. Take care

I honestly could have wrote this myself. I have had severe anxiety for over a year but have always been anxiety ridden and a stress head my whole life. I cannot tell you how many things the anxiety and stress have done to my body. Physically I am in good health but I have not felt myself exactly as you describe for months on end. So many weird sensations and a general sense of me being weak and that I could iust keel over any moment. The anxiety has led me to develop Ectopic Heart Beats which is awful and terrifying! When my anxiety was at an all time high last month my chest hurt daily and felt like I had a tight band around it, I was constantly up the Emergency Department convinced of a heart attack. I check my pulse 24/7 and I get so freaked out about it. Recently had a 3 day monitor on which showed a sleeping pulse of 50BPM which no one was concerned about. I am unfit and my resting "awake" pulse is 60-65. So if you are male (I am female) and do any sort of physical activity 47 is not too low and especially if docs cleared you. What heart tests did you have?
Are you on any Medication? When I started Sertraline I would get bizzarre sensory symptoms like tingling and numbness down one arm and a weird cold and tingly feeling in one finger. It was so bad I had to quit

Well I would not worry, makes total sense. Mens heart rates are naturally lower than womens. My partner has been very fit for years and his resting is about 52BPM and sleeping probably around 45bpm.
I was diagnosed with a lung disease at age 8, triggered health anxiety ever since aged 24 now. Last year I was hospitalised for a severe panic attack that triggered a migraine that basically made it seem I was having a stroke. Spent 2 days in a stroke ward, to eventually be told I did not have a stroke after all. It was horrendous and made me have a break down, been dealing with panic attacks and health anxiety 1000% fold ever since
