I have been feeling weird like am going crazy

I eat a small portion of edibles for the first time 3 weeks ago but sometimes all suddenly i just feel like am high and my head feels heavy ..I also been having trouble sleeping,when ever I close my eyes to sleep i will just b things that aint on my brain..and it gets worse when I exercise…am not a smoker last time i smoked weed it was 4 or 5 years ago..i just wanted to test edibles …am 25 years old and ooh am a heavy drinker mostly whiskey or Gin
