I have been having bilirubin alt ast for about 3 weeks.

I went to the emergency service hospital to check and find out the issue.the first blood test I had was

Bilirubin was 153 and the last blood test I had after 3 days it drops to 133.

Alt was 183 and and drop to 166 after 3 days

Ast was 177 and drop to 166.

I have another blood test and waiting for Monday for the results. I'm hoping it is dropping.

Can someone tell me how long it takes for those to go back to normal range.

Thank you

Not to forget  i was working out 5 to 7 days at least for 1.5 or 2 hrs. Also taking creatine and protein shake.

This is definently the cause. My son used to work out 5 days a week whilst taking a large amount of supplements, ever since he has been diagnosed with Gilberts syndrome he has been unable to do any excercise. If he does, his billirubin goes to 70(+-) and he becomes extremely nauseous. How have you been since this incident? Have you continued to workout without trouble?
