I have been having difficulty breathing, I feel like the breath gets tropes, and my lungs don't fully inflate. I've had a blood work test, chest X-rays, and my pulse ox is typically always high 90’s, but it's just like feeling like my breath is trapped just makes me so anxious and I feel like something is wrong with my lungs or something.

But I also notice that when I feel like the air is stuck

I don't know I feel like I'm going crazy about my breathing because I don't know what is causing it, is it just anxiety?

I just feel like ill never breathe normal again, and ill never be able to do any activities for fear that I won't be able to breathe..😞

I have this exact same thing! Like I take a lot of effort to breathe, and have trouble getting a deep breath. My breath gets stuck around my throat, and doesn't usually make it to my lungs. I tried asthma inhalers and acid reflux meds, but it didn't help. I did have this 10 years ago, and it got less intense and eventually went away on its own in a few years. And that was from doing nothing. This time I'm trying therapy, meditation, yoga and keeping my brain busy so it doesn't focus on my breathing. I'm lucky to work from home. Not sure how I would be able to commute into the city with these issues. How long have you had this? Do you have any stress in your life? And other anxiety symptoms? What have you tried so far? For me, I lead a stress-free life, and the breathing is my only issue, so it's confusing that it's anxiety.
