I have been having throat swelling on my right side what do I do?

For one week now I have been feeling like there was something stuck at my throat and i went to the hospital last night and they checked it and they said that it was alright. It doesn't really hurt but it's uncomfortable please give me some sort of advice.

    avoid smoking,cold drinks and chili foods. Try hot soothing drinks. hope it will work. if not, you have to do endoscope for throat.

      I don't smoke and i will try the hot drinks thank you so much ?
