I have been in agony for ages now I think it's my gallbladder

has anyone had there gall bladder removed

    YES. I had it done laparoscopically. The incisions were very small. I was warned that unless I HAD IT REMOVED WITHIN 2 weeks I would end up in the IcU with pancreatitis.

    The gallstones were blocking the ducts from the pancreas.

    I have been fine ever since.

    Yes but it was before PMR and prior to removal I had to go on a fat free diet which meant lots of carbs which is not recommended for weight loss on Pred. I did lose a lot of weight. I had keyhole surgery and was up and about immediately I returned to the ward. I don't know how it would be with PMR though.
