I have been on lofepramine for about 2 yrs now. i take 1 in the morning and 2 at night. i'm 22 and i personally think they have really helped me. I do experience a few side effects such as sweating. i wake up at about 4 every night and also can't get back to sleep, i was put on these to help me sleep and to be honest even tho i wake every night, it's a lot better than it was previously when i was waking up 5 or 6 times and still not being able to get back to sleep. I have been on a few different anti depressents though and this one has deffinately been the best by far. It took a while to kick in but i am a much nicer person to be around now. i wouldn't say i am 100% better but i'm getting there slowly, deffinately persevere as when it starts to help you really notice the difference.

It takes a couple of weeks to kick in but once it does you definitely notice the difference and so does everyone else. So persevere and the monster that was once you will calm down. I have been on these for over 2 years now and I highly recommend them. I take 3 a day and I am nice to be around now and the kids don't try to go out all the time to avoid me. I wish I had discovered them earlier.

    HI

I have been on these tablets for 6 or 7 years now. I have my moments of feelin low but recently have started to feel really parniod about everything and worry about anything. Apparently I have been like this before but never as bad as just now. The doctor has upped my tablets to 3 and I must take them and not forget. I am also being sent for CBT Therapy to help me. Have u ever had parinioa as a side effect? My dad passed away at end of May an the doctor said this is why Im feeling like this. They said this is not a good time to change the tablets with the way im feeling and the time of year.
