I have been on Sertraline for a week now and have no energy, has anyone else had this experience?

I was prescribed Sertraline for anxiety and depression and since starting it I am feeling very tired and listless.  Also I have noticed darkened urine although I believe my renal function blood test was normal.

Yes, Im so tired during the day on these which is wierd because I was on Sertraline back 10mnths for 2 1/2 mnths (10 mnths ago) & didnt have this problem. Just diaherra an no appetite an lost wt. I was on 50mg back then. But now on 25mg an on day #5 . Starting low an slow due to padt sideeffects. Will probably go up to 50mg in two wks. I take in am but im thinking Im gonna switch to pm if this keeps up! I mean I just want to take naps. Even driving Im sleepy. Before it gave me a little more anxiety an some energy. I took Lexapro fr Dec to Feb. Didn't do anything mentally was up to 15mg . Made me really sleepy. Took @ night. I also gained alot of wt in 3 mnths on Lexapro! Maybe switch the time you take it? Also, when I was on 50mg,I broke pill in half an took half in a.m. an half in p.m. That seemed to help with sideeffects. Everyone is diff. But remember your body is trying to adjust to a new substance into your body. Stay hydrated an exercise. That might wake you up. Also Iv noticed last 3 nights, INSOMNIA! Why I dont know? So Im probably changing to night time to take it.

goodkuck on it. What mg. are youon an how long been on it?
