Hi All,

This all started when blood came out of urethra while masturbating two months ago, After that Urologist prescribed Azithromycin and Doxycycline for total 15 days. I had continuous pain around my bladder all these 15 days mostly in Day time and meanwhile I had heavy constipation and hard stool which cause blood on tissue 4-5 times.

I stopped taking antibiotics after 15 days and bladder pain was gone after 3rd day but I noticed red dots on my penis glans and sticky foreskin for which Dr. prescribed me antifungal topical cream. I see the improvements in penis glans but skin was the same and I additionally I have infection in my eyes with 10-15 times itching and pain in a day.

Later when I masturbated after almost a month, I had painful ejaculation 2-3 times which improved later on but was getting occasional pain inside urethra and testicles so I visited Microbiologist who performed every possible STIs related tests (almost 20 days after I stopped taking antibiotics) but everything was negative and normal.

Now still I was having pain sometimes and my foreskins was not normal and was sticky so I visited urologist again, out of no where, urologist asked me to perform tests to diagnose stricture.

I was not with full bladder so he asked me to do endoscopy of urethra (flexible cystoscopy).

During the procedure it was not painful initial few seconds but after that it was so much painful that I literally screamed and he wind up the procedure and give me below medication.

  1. Ibuprofen painkiller 3 times a day
  2. A. Vogel Prostasan tablets once a day
  3. Fucicort topical cream for my glans

This urethral pain and stings lasted 2-3 days and there was not bladder pain may be because I was on pain killer.

Now I stopped pain killer and I am having continuous pain around bladder (pubic area) and pain right where pee starts, around opening inside prostate. This pain is continuous and so much frustrating that I am not able to sleep properly.

I am really expecting some guidance from anyone, Kindly please help what can I do now.

Thank you in advance.

The huge problem with antibiotics is they tend to work when we use them consistently and religiously. If we stop using them but the problem is not solved, then the problem reinvents itself and starts getting back to how it became before taking the antibiotics. The best thing i can say is try other solutions, there are over the counter remedies for all situations. That being said, Its dangerous to stay on antibiotics for months and months.

The biggest issue is the depression, once you solve this and work on your general health in the miner details things will get better for you. Every problem has a solution, absolutely every problem. Its what i like about life.
