i have been suffered in hypertension for 3 weeks,what should i do?

i have sound health and i am working in several online platform but i have now making loss in my business and falling in severe hypertension what is indication.

    I hope you are seeing a doctor to control your hypertension. You could develop major health issues, If your blood pressure is not controlled.
