I have been suffering from gas for the past 2 weeks, what should I do?

It’s like the gas is moving all over my stomach & it’s very painful. Also, I’m experiencing stomach growling as well. What can I take to get rid of it?

    Try taking pro-biotics. You can also eat pro-biotic rich foods like live goats yoghurt. I think dairy can make stomach upset worse so avoid it for a while and avoid greasy or gassy foods

    I just started taking probiotic tablets so hopefully that will help. I will also reduce my oil intake
