what is the effect of gastritis on skin? is there any home remedies to treat this disease? is it a cause for arm and leg pain?

itching is a form of pain often radiating from another place in your body. i also have gastritis and can attest that itching often coincides with other forms of pain originating from my stomach. most commonly the itching is localized to my torso, either my back between my shoulder blades or my stomach, however frequently it will itch under my arms or even my legs its particularly confusing in the winter because dry skin can also cause itching. i guess its even possible that the gastritis could cause dry skin but not likely. if my itching is caused by gastritis, no amount of lotion relieves it. i have to to either scratch or take a tums to get it to stop.
