    Hi Annie,

So sorry you're feeling awful. Insomnia is super common when starting these meds, also just feeling worse in general. So just know it's totally normal, not that it improves the situation. These side effects should ease in the coming weeks, but are you able to get a sleeping pill of some sort in the meantime? I took ativan every night to counter the anxiety and insomnia.

Stay strong, it will get better ❤️

    Hi Annie

i am on Fluoxetine, another SSRI, but had the same problems with insomnia. So my doctor has prescribed me MELATONIN - its natural sleep hormone and i was taking that for few weeks. Try, it might helps. But now my sleep back to normal, so it will pass for you soon and you will be back to normal.

Hi. I had the same. My doctor prescribed an antihistamine that makes you drowsy. Worked a treat. Its non habit-forming.

Hope you begin to feel better soon.
