I have been taking Venlafaxine for 17 days but still have sleeping problems

I'm 24 and suffer from depression, anxiety, stress and insomnia and I read online that it takes a while for Venlafaxine to work, I have been taking it for the last 17 days (75mg) but still suffer from sleeping problems (barely sleeping). Don't know if I should continue with it or switch back to Citalopram. Some advice would be grateful!

I was started on Venlafaxine back in March afte changing over from Fluxatine as they werent working anymore for me after been on them so long and they havent improved my anxiety or panic attacks whats so ever, have increased from 35mg to 75 to 150 and now on the max 225mg till I see the mental health doctor next week and get them to put me on something else to try it out.

Not feeling great on these, difficulty getting to sleep, constantly feeling tired, sweating like crazy. They seeminly are meant to be good for anxiety but definly not for me
