I have been tested on high Anti-TPO (384 U/ml) with normal T3, T4 and TSH.

I have been tested on high Anti-TPO (384 U/ml) with normal T3 being 124.90 ng/dL , T4 being 6.54 µg/dl and TSH being 3.890 µIU/mL. What should I do? If this should be treated what medication should I take?
