I have BV, now ulcers, could this be herpes?????

I have had reoccurring issues with BV for about 6 years now. The past year has been the worse with frequent doctors visits, diagnosed with reoccurring BV 5 known times. I am more sensitive than most down there and have unfortunately been one of the unlucky ones to have also contracted chlamydia in the past. I recently got out of a 2 1/2 relationship, which we never used condoms and I was only on bc for a short period of time. After the break, for safety reasons I went and got tested for EVERYTHING after I was tested positive for a UTI and put on antibiotics. Everything except the BV came back negative. Stupidly, I hooked up with him again after the tests results, believing him when he said he hadn't hooked up or had sex with anyone else in the meantime. I have been going through a lot of stress lately and just made a big move and in the process got sick and was prescribed more antibiotics. Anyone who has had issues with BV knows antibiotics will likely cause you to get the infection again if your immune system is super low, which mine was. Well, time passed with no known issues and I met up with an ex and falling into old feelings, we had unprotected sex. I know, I'm a f*cking idiot. Prior to, I shaved of course. Lots of times after shaving I would experience ingrown hairs. So days after we had sex, I thought it was normal when I noticed pimple like ingrown hair looking things around my vagina and butt. I, thinking it was an ingrown hair, started to pick and it which was the worse thing I could have done because they quickly turned into open sores. Then, I started feeling that UTI burning sensation when I peed so I figured I had gotten another UTI and possibly another flair up of BV knowing that because I hadn't had sex with someone else other than my 2 1/2 yr relationship up until recently, I could have caused more of an imbalance and irritation. When the gyno checked yesterday she seemed extremely concerned about the open ulcers saying it could be herpes or just BV ulcers, and I told her a few weeks prior I had been tested negative for herpes but she didn't seem convinced it wasn't so she swabbed the ulcer as well as tested me for basic stds and I also tested for UTI and BV. That day UTI came back negative, but BV came back positive. Now I'm waiting on results to see if I have chlamydia gonorrhea and/or herpes and am nervous as hell because it still hurts when I pee and the ulcers haven't gotten better and every time I pee the ulcers sting. Could they have just been ingrown hairs that got infected when I peed? Could it be herpes? Could it be something other than an STD/disease???? I'm stressed out and worried. Last night, I landed up feeling sick again with body aches and a fever. I know this can relate to herpes too which makes me even more nervous! Now my throat is swollen and looks like I have strep. What's going on!?

    Trying to include picture but not sure how... The ulcers are very sensitive, red around the edges, feel as if there is a cyst underneath, and are yellow inside. The ones near my butt are scabbing over. when I did pick at one and noticed the ingrown hair in a picture I used tweezers to pull it out. That was prior to this herpes scare.

    Hi. I hope you get better. But you should start using condoms because you don't know who has what these days . And your already through enough with the BV and UTI. When someone has hsv2 there is no yellow puss. It suppose to look like a blisters. Clear liquid.

      Herpes lesions can get pus. I had a bad one recently that ended up that way, but non-herpes sores can develop pus, too.

    Ignore what Jenny its saying you already admitted that you know you messed up by not using a condom people don't have to relatively tell you that you messed up ...

    I understand.

    To be honest I haven't heard of ingrown hairs getting infected by pee. Normally they heal up within 2-3 days ...

    The scabbing over part I know a little too well . That's what happened to me and my sores , mine peeled over and it was raw skin and I had to wait for my skin pigment to completely come back. I don't know about any yellow puss tho ., I'm not too sure about that.

    It's nice that you got swabbed tho .

    If they did draw your blood and tested it for herpes .. You wouldn't know the exact results because it takes a while for it to show up in your blood stream (least that's what the doctors told me)

    Your ex that you hooked up with did you tell him what you are going through ? What did he say ?

      Got the call today, results are positive sad. I did tell my most current ex to go get tested just to be safe but he does not know about my current condition yet. And my oldest ex who I had the fling with is full aware of everything going on. He's in the process of going to go get tested now. My recent ex, let's call him A, has no symtomns of anything and like I said, the only way it could have came from him in my opinion is if he was unfaithful at the end of our relationship. My oldest ex, let's call him B, we had a full blown talk and turns out, he had a scare over a year ago in a previous relationship that he thought was herpes, but tests results said it was a really bad yeast infection. Knowing what I know now based on how results aren't fully accurate so soon, it's looking like I could have contracted this from him. Especially since I had BV and my immune system was so low. He said he never had any issues or outbreaks since, even while being in his last relationship, so he completely dismissed it. F*cking sucks. I'm going to get blood tested in 3 months and stay on top of this. What's done is done now. Unfortunately can't go back.

      It's okay sweetie ...

      This disease is becoming world wide . I didn't even know about this when I was younger& in high school .. None of it & I graduated in 2013 so it wasn't horrifically long ago ...

      Ironically there are people that I went to school with that have the disease & people that I know that are currently telling me about their ab normal test results .. Herpes is becoming soooo common especially since it's a disease that can stay dominant in your skin for a while and never know .

      I'm actually currently have an reoccurennce . I don't know why but I know I seriously hate this feeling ..

      People are so careless when it comes to having sex .. Like

      God wouldn't put you through it if he didn't think you would make it out

    It sounds like it could be herpes, but you have or have had so many things going on that it's hard to say what is being caused by what, so it's a good thing you were swabbed. How were you tested for herpes the last time, by igg or igm?

    Definitely herpes have pus in it sores or blisters especially if you picked it you could have a staph infection.. and since you're still staying when you pee, I think you should take a big look at your hygiene. I have terrible hygiene because I'm disabled but you need to keep your crotch cool clean and dry. Emphasis on all three words. If you have to sit underneath a ceiling fan with your legs open do it I also use Neosporin because the cream they want you to use it seven hundred and some-odd dollars. It was the best treatment back in the eighties besides the pills that go with it. Now they're giving Valtrex a 7 day supply ridiculous man I wish you luck let us know cuz you got better things going on and also want to tell you that God said he already has this in other words all your stress should already be gone if you believe in God and know that he's in control of everything. You are not in control is some of these things are too big for you you need to let go and let God handle it. The private parts of a woman are one of the most treasure things on her body. Treat it like a gold mine girl because you really are sitting on a gold mine you need to treat it as such and whether you're horny all the time or not quit giving it up for a while you don't really have a choice right now

    So I went to the doctor after I felt weird "down there" and I was freaking out because I googled my symptoms and I thought I had every disease in the book.. I JUST started to have sex again after the longest LONGEST time and the kid I'm dating is clean and honestly not a pig at all. They tested me and no STD but bad UTI and BV. Now the cuts look more like small ulcers or tiny holes and there's more. The lymph nodes at the bottom of my Labia I believe are swollen and very painful.. Then it looks like it's near my ass too and it's raised there but separated (I don't know how accurate this part is because I did have hemmoroidectomy after my pregnancy) I am negative for std and they said I can get sores and blisters from BV but I'm freaking out. I have had bartholin cysts before but this is way different.. There is one blackish spot where I am assuming it had healed
