I have central vision loss in my L eye

I had painless sudden loss of central vision about 2-3 weeks back. Peripheral vision is preserved. I see something blocking my vision, its not a floater. Its the shape of a penny, appears washed out, at times appears black in color. Moves a little with my eye ball. When this thing moves I can see things. I have seen my retinal specialist, he wants to inject Avastin into my eyes. He thinks I have bled into my eyes. Will I get my vision back. Anybody with similar experience. I do not have high blood pressure or high blood sugar, if that matters !

Yes, I had this twice and unfortunately my vision loss is permanent. I had a small bleed from a retina tear due to high blood pressure in 2013 and 2017. I have two large blind spots in my right eye. The good news, even though this may be permanent the other eye learns to make up for it. It took months but eventually my left eye made up for the blind spots so I only see then when I close my left eye. Please do whatever your specialist tells you, because I had no treatment and that's why it became permanent. Good luck, pm me and let me know how u make out
