This leaflet has helpful information on the H. pylori eradication therapy :

    See under the Treatment section

Soluable Paracetamol are good for this pain, avoid Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Diclofenac etc (they'll make it worse) smile

I would either go to your doctor or chemist for advice.

I find Ibuprofen tablets quite good and you can buy them over the counter.

    Hope this helps

if the gastritis is caused by excess acid (which most is) then you need to modify your diet and take antacids. I find liquid antacids help the most

HI  I had constant abdominal cramps for weeks after a severe case of the diahrrea which put me in the hospital.  I followed up with a gastroenterologist who gave me Bentyl tablets 10 mg.  They help tremendously but are quite constipating so you can't take too many or you end up with another problem.  Hope that helps.

    Hi

I would personally go to the Doctor and see what they suggest. No point in letting things get any worse. Good luck
