I have come off codeine friday 4pm was my last ones help!!

Last night was the worst ever stomach cramps and dihorrea (just liquid yellow like bile) but dont know what to do to ease them x

    I would say to go to any drug store and get yourself some anti-diarrhea medicine.  Emetrol is great if you are suffering from nausea and magnesium is amazing for cramps, aches and will help you sleep too.  Hopefully others will have more suggestions, but this is a great starting place and will definitely help ease your symptoms, but unfortunately, nothing will make them go away completely.  Best wishes..
