to begin I have been sexually active through, homosexual sex and I only used unprotected sex, anal only one time. so my concern is do I have any symptom or sign of an STD or herpes? And some symptoms that I’ve had were swollen lymp nodes in the groin and a carpet burn like sign on my upper Butt. And all of this happened within 3 to 5 days.

The open lesions near your butt crack + your symptoms of swollen lymph nodes in the groin are a bit concerning -- this is normal to what you'd be feeling around day 2-12 of initial herpes infection. If it is your first HSV2 outbreak, then you'll know soon; very uncomfortable. I always recommend getting tested if you suspect anything.
