I noticed small cracks and bumps developing on my penis head a couple of months ago and it's all over now. I'm circumcised and sexually inactive. It doesn't hurt and the cracks disappear when the penis is erect. I don't know what it is and I'm starting to lose confidence because of this. What should I do? Also, is the damage reversible?
