So my name is Sam I am 13 years old and have had a very small shriveled up penis for my whole life it has been a problem I can not pee propaley and have talked to my parents about this they say your probaley just a late bloomer I have discovered a thing called buried penis I think I have it what should I do

When i was paranoid i stretched out my penis using cords. You are only 13, if you reach 23 years old and the problem is still there, then you need to speak to your doctor.
