I have done flat poo and I am worried

I am only 16 and I worry about getting cancer a lot every now and then maybe once every once or twice a week I do a flat poo its almost like a long rectangle but it’s still flat this worries me that it could be something sinister please message me back as quick as possible

    If it is only every once in a while and you are not experiencing any blood with it, there is nothing to worry about.
