you shouldn't be using soap on your penis EVER. it dries your skin out, leaves you more prone to infection and deprives your penis of bacteria that are meant to be there to help your body fight off "bad" bacteria.

use actual lubricant or conditioner just done use soap and make sure to wash whatever is left off afterwards

My advice, stop using soap on your penis. Only wash with water and dab dry, once a day. Give your penis a rest, I would abstain from masturbating for a couple weeks. This should heal it self.

Hi Julian, as Tangki says, you should never use soap on the very sensitive skin of your penis, particularly the head / glans and foreskin area (if you are not circumcised).

Over the next few years try to restrict the amount of masturbation you do, so if you do 2 or 3 times a day, try once, instead of everyday, try to aim for one day where you do not. What you will likely find is if you can develop a 'routine' of not masturbating so much this makes the times you do masturbate much more enjoyable.

In terms of lubricant for masturbation if you live in the UK go to the likes of Superdrug or Savers and get yourself a bottle of liquid coconut oil, it does not cost very much and lasts for ages.

All you need is very light coating each time you start to masturbate, for extended sessions, simply add a touch more of the coconut oil if needed as lubrication. When you are done fully clean up, and as Tangki says, you need to use water only, then make sure you are completely dry afterwards.

It would also be a good idea if you can get a towel that only you use - I eventually had several 'sports towels' that no one else used, I kept the clean ones in my room and made sure I got them straight back after being washed .....

Soap = dry skin. As I say, get yourself some liquid coconut oil that can be used on the body (not hair specific) or get some SHEA butter.

What you need to know that your penis may continue to develop naturally until you are in your mid-20's so you cannot judge your penis on what it may naturally develop into when you are in your late-20's.

If you have loose skin and you are circumcised this may be due to the manner in which your circumcision was done, in that, some skin may have been left unremoved.

The other thing you can work on is using massage as an alternative to masturbation. Simply put a little coconut oil on your penis and try light and gentle movements of your penile skin. Experiment with different ways of holding and flexing or moving the penis and what that feels like - you must always keep these gentle as too much pressure can easily cause injury to your penis. Start easy and see how it feels - this is not about masturbation but about different ways of experiencing pleasure through your penis. Once you feel how to use massage as an alternative to masturbation this may help with the loose skin, but as I say, you would not be able to judge that for a number of years yet ....
