I have extreme fear of Rabbies

I am 24 years old.My 5 month vaccineted puppy gives me a mild scratch while playing.Although I am not sure the scratch also.At that night I find a white mark on my arm.I apply detergent on it but it did not hurt.Next morning I rush to the doctor.He says me it is not a scratch mark.You don't need vaccine at all.He told me to observe puppy for next 14 days.Today is the 30 th day.The dog is fine.But I always feel that I have Rabbies.Today I feel something in my throat and I feel pain in my arm.I am extremely panicked.
