I have flashbacks and feel anxious after spinal fusion

I had spinal fusion 1 year ago but sometimes if I remember something new from the hospital or think too much about what I went through I get flashbacks and start to feel sick and dizzy. Has anyone else experienced this ?

    I’ve never had that surgery, but I read a book written by a woman who had it done...she looks great now...I’ve actually met her in person...it sounded like the recovery was very tough, but so worth it.
