I found these bumps on my labia minora about a week ago and im concerned about what they might be. My partner is insisting he hasnt cheated and I havent either. We have been together 18 months. Can anyone please help?

Do you have any clearer pictures? Looks like its just your skin texture or Fordyce spots possibly.
