I have gastritis from a year with no relief

a year ago I got dyspepsia then went for endoscopy found out antral gastritis and was on pantop raboprozole esmoparozole aciloc everything thing on and of then without any relief from any kind of medicine I again went for endoscopy and now it showed Pangastritis and same ppi treatment continued but no relief then I went for b12 level check and was low 130 then was on folfit for a month and levels came normal but no relief in digestion now a days I feel urge to poop but go very small with blood in it dry heave is constant and stomach feels lock no relax and food feels on stomach every moment. can you please give me a best closure on this coz I feel helpless

    I have had Gastritis for years, and I am having a flare up this past week also. I also have Barrett's Esophagus. When we get these problems we get scared. My symptoms are bad gas rumbling in the stomach with some stomach pain, and sometimes if I eat I feel better. Other times I get nausea shortly after eating. It usually subsides within a week. I try to avoid spicy foods, and to eat small meals slowly. I go through periods of constipation, and then diarrhea. It is frustrating to say the least. Are you due for a endoscopy? I have some other issues to handle right now, but I plan on getting scoped soon to check things out. I am on Esomeprazole, after Omeprazole not working at all. I hope your feeling better by the time you read this.
